U&lc:

influencing design & typography
Voorkant
2 Recensies
Mark Batty, 25 feb. 2005 - 192 pagina's
U&lc, the quarterly type and graphics publication distributed for 30 years by International Typeface Corporation, influenced several generations of graphic designers. It was a showcase for much of the best graphic design work being created in the United States during the time it was published. The typefaces used in U&lc, together with the typography and selected articles and cover illustrations, paint a rich and fascinating story of the intersection of popular culture and graphic design from 1973 until the turn of the millennium. This book provides a retrospective look at U&lc and the use of type within it.
