Storymaking in Bereavement: Dragons Fight in the Meadow

Voorkant
Kingsley, 1991 - 327 pagina's
Part one of this book deals with the complexities of intimate relationships and how our felt ambiguities hamper the expression of grief. In the second part, the author explores themes through a mixture of discussion and reflection, and by telling ancient myths and folktales pertinent to these themes. The third part focuses on death within the intimate circle of our life, while part four deals with the dangers of depression. Part five is devoted to a discussion of therapeutic work with stories in bereavement-counselling, and part six contains twelve myths and tales, and thirty-six storymaking structures. -- introd.
