ANIMAL MAGNETISM.-Dr. Gregory's Letters to a Candid Inquirer, with description and analysis of the Phenomena, will be published on Thursday. (Vide Adv. 305.)

The Editor of the "Art Journal" proposes to publish an Illustrated Catalogue of the Great Exhibition to the extent of more than 200 pages, including about 300 woodcuts of the best and most suggestive of the works contributed from all parts. To the subscribers this will form a portion of four double numbers of the Journal, which will be afterwards published in a separate form at an advanced price. (Vide Adv. 144.)

The Correspondence of Horace Walpole, Earl of Orford, and the Rev. William Mason, edited by the Rev. J. Mitford, will be ready in a few days.

The SOCIETY OF ARTS, and the Special Prize List for the Session 1850-51.—The Council have, in consequence of numerous representations, enlarged the time for the delivery of the Treatises until the 30th of November next.
