INTERIOR OF THE GREAT EXHIBITION,
On the important Scale of 30 by 29 inches, from a beautiful Drawing by Messrs. TELDIN and ABSOLON (the Artists of the Overland Mail Diorama).
The View is taken from the China corner of the Nave and Transept, and is the only large one published in which both the Nave and Transept are given, and the Fountains, Statues, and other objects of the Exhibition are shown as actually arranged in the Building. The beautiful charm of Atmospheric Colour, for which this Interior is so singularly remarkable, is finely preserved in this Engraving.

*Both Her Majesty the Queen and His Royal Highness Prince Albert have pronounced this to be the only View that conveys a correct idea of the proportions and colour of the Building; and as the Publishers are anxious not to issue any impressions that do not, to the fullest extent, retain this truthfulness and beauty of effect, they have resolved that the number of impressions shall be limited to 800: after these are printed, the Stone will be destroyed; therefore, to secure copies, early application is advisable.
