Prof. Yongxiang Lu, was born in April 1942, graduated from Machinery Department of Zhejiang University in China, received doctor degree in Engineering Science at Aachen Industrial University of Germany. President and academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), member of Chinese Academy of Engineering (CAE), and Vice Chairman of National Congress of China.
