The six references immediately following the name of each county are to the Alphabetical, Chronological, Geographical, and "Genealogical" arrangements (Parts I, II, III, IV), the Origin of County Names (Part V), and the Bibliography (Part VII), respectively; while references to the Texts (Part VI) follow under their several counties.
