Leaves wife Mary, of Nottoway Parish, his estate for life, then to be remitted by bills of exchange to his brother Abraham. Mary, the wife, renounces her claim under the will and claims her dower. The will witnessed by Peter Lamkin, W. M. Cralle, Thomas Payne, Stith Hardaway; the renunciation of Mrs. Wilkinson witnessed by Richard Jones, and Daniel Verser. Will refers to land as in Little Nottoway, adjoining Robertson's line. Amelia W. B. 3, p. 298. Thomas Wilkinson's appraisement contains 15 gallons of brandy, 13 gallons of rum, 1 case and bottles, 5 wine glasses, 1 decanter.
