was presented, by one of their number, a Mr. Monck, with his horn tobacco box, to which each successive Overseer was to add some silver plate or ornamentation. This volume illustrates in 34 plates its history until 1824. Among these engraved plates are portraits of Wilkes, Nelson, Pitt, Fox, Wellington, etc., and views of the battles of Waterloo, the Nile, Ushant, the Conquest of Egypt, Bombardment of Algiers, &c., &c.
