McLeish, £6 6s. [This curious manuscript is written on a prepared strip of bark a little over 7 feet in length and about 5 inches broad, placed into book form and written upon both sides. The volume is a relic of the Battas, or Batak people of North-West Sumatra, who dwell for the most part on the plateau of Toba.
