gather this, also mentions a modern Aftronomer, who paffed an entire Night in the fame Posture, being fo intently engaged in observing a Phenomenon in the Sky, as to be infenfible either of Weariness or of the Lapse of Time. When one of his Family accofted him in the Morning, he exclaimed, "It must be growing late!" quite unconscious that the whole Night had paffed.
