This curious volume contains verses of some of the most eminent wits of the age in which they flourished, viz.: MICHAEL DRAYTON, SIR JOHN HARRINGTON, DR. JOHN DONNE, DR. RICHARD CORBET, HENRY PEACHAM, THOMAS CAMPION, JOHN Davies of HEREFORD, JOHN OWEN, the Epigrammatist, and many whose productions might in vain be sought after in other collections.
