Simply put: this book bored me to tears every time I picked it up.
I started reading it in April and only made it as far as page 111. I won't say I didn't get anything useful out of it, because that's not true. However, most of it was either a) dull - no other way to describe how I felt about it while reading it, or b) nothing new.
I'll pick it up again one day when I'm transitioning organizations at a more senior level. I think that's probably the only crowd that will find this book more interesting than I did. And by then, I would hope such individuals have acquired the knowledge in the book already and simply want a refresher.

Girl I haven't picked it up since I last updated this status. It was okay... I do want to finish it though (preferably before my first 90 days are up...) Will let you know.
